A big thank you to the incredible residents who helped build and maintain the McKinley BeachCommunity Library, located on Water Birch Circle. This wonderful space is a valuable resource for book sand a cozy retreat where you can escape the winter chill and get lost in a good read. Thanks to your efforts, the library has become a beloved spot for all to enjoy. We appreciate your contributions to making our community even more vibrant and welcoming.

OUR PLACE FACILITY – A $5.5 MILLION INVESTMENT
The McKinley Beach Developers are thrilled that residents are enjoying the “Our Place” facility. This$5.5 million investment was made with the goal of enhancing the community, and we’re happy to say it’s already having a positive impact. What’s even better? This investment comes at no cost to you, the residents. We hope you continue to make the most of this incredible resource!

“Our Place” is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We hope to see you there soon, whether it’s for fitness, fun, or just to enjoy the beautiful surroundings!
RESIDENT UPDATE:
HOW TO GET YOUR FOB FOR OUR PLACE
To obtain your key fob, we ask that you complete the following steps. Review the Agreements – ALL FOUND ON THE RESIDENTS WEBSITE.

Sign and Return the Documents
Once you’ve reviewed the agreements, please fill out a line for each member of your household, sign and return them via email to [email protected]
Collect Your Key Fob
You will be notified when your key fob is ready for pickup. Pickup will be from Our Place front desk.

ALL ABOUT AMENITY FEES
The McKinley Beach Amenity Program is designed to deliver enhanced services and standards beyond those provided by the City. It functions asa funding and management tool to ensure high-quality standards and to enhance property values for all owners McKinley Beach.
The program covers the maintenance of various amenities, including Our Place Amenity Centre(featuring a pool, gym, hot tub, sauna, and yoga/stretching room), beach washrooms (in collaboration with the City of Kelowna), nature trails, the dog park, beach cleaning, swim platforms, picnic areas, outdoor gym, tennis and pickle ball courts, playground, community garden, as well as street and sidewalk sweeping.
Additionally, it includes snow clearing alongMcKinley Beach Lane and Arrowroot Drive.If you have any additional questions or feedback about the amenity program or this FAQ, theMcKinley Beach Sales Manager and the developer are available to discuss them with you.
